Shipping Zones
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Canada: All provinces and territories
- United States: All 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
Canada:
- Standard shipping: 5 to 10 business days
- Express shipping: 2 to 5 business days
United States:
- Standard shipping: 7 to 14 business days
- Express shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on destination and weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Your shipping address
- The weight and dimensions of your order
- Your chosen shipping method
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over $75 CAD in Canada and $100 USD in the United States.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is shipped. You can track your package in real-time via the carrier's website.
Customs and Taxes (United States)
For shipments to the United States, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Damaged Package: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
Missed Delivery Attempts: If the carrier cannot deliver your package after several attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping fees may apply.
Modifications and Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to modify or cancel it.
